The song starts off with a fire Labbri Saffre sample and the guy is singing his heart out on a soft lush sea of piano chords chimming back and forth. Then the drums sampled from Tupac's "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" come literally ripping into the song. The sheer viciousness of the soft layers of melody sweeping past you contrasted on those glass grating drum hits create a monster.

Kanye paints a picture no other rapper could. Not threw lyricism or word play. The delivery of his few lines hit harder than anything you or I have heard in years. It's raw, emotional, and 'Ye rides over the beat like so few others can ever hope to.
